This ultrasound picture of Timothy was taken about a week before he was born.

timothy was our smallest weighing 2 lbs 3 oz. he was also the most fragile and sick of the 3 babies. he was a fighter and our biggest miracle. He started out doing great, off the ventilator within 24 hours and handling the small amounts of milk that he was given. it seemed like he would do great like this for a day and then the next day we would come to the hospital and he would be going downhill. It was really a intense roller coaster of emotions. his problems were consisting of pneumonia, strep infection in his blood, other strep infections, chemical burn on his leg from, brain bleed, and other separate problems from being premature. he turned blue when he stopped breathing a few times with me there. it was one of the scariest times. on June 16, Andrew came home leaving timothy there by himself. he was so lonely after having his brother and sister going home. the only thing that kept him from coming home was learning how to drink from a bottle. he just would not keep the milk down. eventually he got it down. he came home on July 1, 1999 and since then has been so happy and done great!!!
